If you lose your season ticket or Student annual pass, our season ticket centre is the right contact for you. We will send you a new ticket for an administrative fee of €15.00. We will debit the amount conveniently from the account specified in the direct debit authorisation.
If the free Term pass has been lost, it will be replaced by the respective transport company. You can identify this by the logo on the ticket. An administrative fee of €30.00 applies for the new ticket.
