Dispute resolution
In order to resolve disagreements in connection with a transport contract, it is possible to call an appropriate arbitration body. A suitable arbitration body for the transport companies metronom Eisenbahngesellschaft mbH, erixx GmbH and Regionalbus Braunschweig GmbH (RBB) is SNUB–Die Nahverkehrs-Schlichtungsstelle e.V. (Postfach [PO Box] 6025, 30060 Hanover, www.nahverkehr-snub.de).
For Deutsche Bahn, the competent body is söp-Schlichtungsstelle für den öffentlichen Personenverkehr (www.soep-online.de).
For WestfalenBahn, the competent body is Schlichtungsstelle Nahverkehr SNV (www.schlichtungsstelle-Nahverkehr.de).
Verkehrsverbund Region Braunschweig is not a member of a recognised arbitration board.
